The first time we teamed up with H&M was in 2012 when we constructed the H&M store at the Ploiești Shopping City. Inaugurated in 2016, H&M Park Lake became the 10th store out of the 15 built by us within a span of 7 years:

The process - Working as General Contractor

In these types of projects, we operate as the general contractor, taking over the space from the shell and core and handing over the store on the day of opening. We oversee both the partitioning and finishing works, as well as the electrical, heating, and fire suppression installations.

Scope of work

  • Partitioning and plasterboard ceiling works
  • Interior facades and carpentry
  • Ceramic tiling
  • Installation of built-in or free-standing furniture
  • Fire extinguishing installations and second-layer fire detection
  • Hot gas installations smoke ventilation
  • Aerosol suppression in TEG & IT rooms
  • Design & installation of BMS modules with remote control
  • Low & High voltage current installations
  • Execution of all installations: electrical, sanitary, HVAC.
The challenge lies in skillfully coordinating multiple disciplines, precisely planning deliveries, and efficiently managing specialized teams assigned to a specific zone. While the typical execution time is several months, through extraordinary teamwork, we achieved a record-setting construction time of 24 days for the H&M store in Deva Shopping City.
